each house will be located in a 20-perch (60 feet x 90 feet) lot and
will have a floor area of about 600 square feet. The typical house will
consist of a sitting room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a toilet. Running
water, plumbing, and electrical wiring will be included. Each house will also be provided with a septic tank. The access to electricity and running water are being implemented by the government sector.
